Scarf Place – Return & Refund Policy

At Scarf Place, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@scarfplace.store with your order number.

  2. Our team will confirm and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to our return address.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos,

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if specified)
