1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. ScarfPlace is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must enter the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ScarfPlace is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.
